For our donors who donated to help purchase the We-Go-Swing wheelchair swing for Casa Angelica, your generous donations will be going towards that specific project. We asked our tax person if it was okay if we didn’t give that fund to Casa Angelica, and she said no when we got donations for this specific project. On November 15th, 2024, the director of Casa Angelica emailed saying that he understood that Every Ability Plays Project was a non-profit organization, and that this is why we had to give them that funding. We will be donating a little bit more than half the cost of the We-Go-Swing wheelchair swing. I am so happy about this.
We are moving forward with our organization. We have sent out notices that we were looking for new children to help. Since then, we have already gotten three families to help.
We have purchased an indoor adaptive swing for a family who has three children with special needs, and a special bouncer for a little girl for her house. We are working on purchasing an adaptive swing set for a little girl for her backyard. We are waiting to see if we can put in an adaptive swing set at Tower Park for the same family who has three children with special needs.
We hope you will continue to support Every Ability Plays Project so that we can keep making sure that Every Child in New Mexico has a playful life! Here is a fun way to support Every Ability Plays Project this Holiday Season!!!!
Please share this information with everyone you know!!!!
Thank you very much,
