Hazel was born in China in 2015. She is developmentally delayed and is in a wheelchair. She was adopted and brought to the US by the Floyd Family in 2017. Hazel is so full of life!

Hazel’s dad reaching out to us asking if we could purchase special bouncer for their little girl. He heard about Every Ability Plays Project from the social worker at Carrie Tingley Children’s Hospital.

A testimony from Hazel’s dad, Lucas Floyd, about Every Ability Plays Project.

“Hazel is unable to balance and so crawling can be dangerous for her but standing or walking unassisted is impossible without falling. When she was a toddler she had a baby bouncer that allowed her to be upright and exercise until she outgrew it.  Now that she has something that is appropriate for her size again, she is able to be upright and weightbearing on her legs which helps her exercise her muscles and stimulate her growth plates. We are very thankful for this opportunity for her! “

Here is what happens when a mom truly believes in Every Ability Plays Project. On Monday, February 18th, 2019, Little Zantiago got a special bouncer Every Ability Plays Project purchased for him. When the weather gets warm, his family will hang the bouncer outside. Zantiago liked his bouncer. Now, we are also waiting to get the date for his swing installation. Every Ability Plays Project will make sure children with physical disabilities have a playful life in their homes and at their neighborhood parks.
