Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns that align with the organization’s goals and mission.
  • Create and execute marketing materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and social media posts.
  • Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs.
  • Collaborate with the communication and social media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  • Plan and execute events, such as fundraising campaigns, volunteer appreciation events, and community engagement activities.
  • Manage the organization’s website and ensure that content is up-to-date and relevant.
  • Collaborate with other volunteers and team members to gather content and ideas for marketing materials.
  • Attend events and document them for marketing purposes.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies as needed to improve results.
  • Support the overall communication and marketing efforts of the organization as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Strong writing, editing, and design skills.
  • Knowledge of marketing principles, practices, and tactics.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and the ability to use data to inform strategy.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).
  • Passion for non-profit work and a commitment to the mission of the Every Ability Plays Project.
